It’s that time of the year again. The new Eat Out magazine is on the shelves and they have announced South Africa’s top 10 restaurants. Terroir was voted top restaurant in SA and George Jardin was voted best chef. Please note that those 2 winners and in fact, 7 of the top 10 are located in Cape Town.
