South Africa only has 1 restaurant in the Top 50 this year and that is Le Quartier Francais in Franschoek at position 47 (it was 38 last year). Bosman’s in Paarl came in at 81.
In the less competitive Middle East and Africa category, the top 5 are all in the Western Cape: Le Quartier Francais (Franschhoek), Bosman’s (Paarl), Jardine (Cape Town central city), Aubergine (Gardens) and Reuben’s (Franschhoek). Big up Western Cape!
