The results are out for the 2007 SA Blog Awards. Relax with Dax came 4th in it’s category (food). I was hoping for a top 3 finish but the top 3 are excellent sites, making them tough to beat. Thanks to all who voted for me. Those who didn’t, it could have been your vote that got me into the top 3, thanks a lot.

Hard luck Daxo… if you look at the top 3, they all have a ‘design element’ to them. I reckon that with your new WordPress site & skills (plus some new headers & more graphics, etc) you’ll be right up there!
You’re absolutely right, design would have been a major factor. Along with no commenting facility and rss feeds, etc.
Let’s see how we do next year then.
I think they should have a ‘Green’ category. There are some fantastic blogs on Green topics.
