The Entertainer Giveaway

In November I was introduced to The Entertainer, a discount voucher book that is popular in several countries and was soon to be launched in Cape Town. For the first time I was impressed with a voucher book. The simplicity and value of the offering sold it for me, 2 for 1, anytime. I was so impressed I wrote a post about the book.

The book finally became available in January and I was invited to the launch party at Harbour House in the Waterfront. It was a great event organised by Greater Than PR and we were very excited to finally see the book in real life and to see the list of partners that had signed up. We were impressed with the number and quality of partners in the book.

We had a great time and I even got my picture in Get It Magazine. But more importantly we each received a copy of the book to try it out. I have used several of the vouchers and saved myself a few hundred Rand already. There have been no hassles, I simply presented the vouchers when requesting the bill and meal was removed from the bill for each voucher I presented (you can use up to 3 at a time!).

This book is available from various shops and sells for R450 but you can buy it online for R405 and they will post it to you for free. Even better, you could win a copy of the book from me! I have 5 copies to giveaway. All you have to do to be one of the randomly selected winners is send an email to dax@relaxwithdax.co.za with the subject ‘Entertainer Giveaway’ and in your email tell me just 2 of the partners included in the book (hint: check the website).
